# Remove a Suspension

As a Digital Identity Management Admin, you remove an member's suspension to restore their access to Digital Identity Management and reinstate their administrative privileges. From the **Users** page, select an end user to open their **Identity** page, and select **Remove suspension** to allow the user to authenticate and access resources/services again.

**Note:** **Remove suspension** is only available if the selected user has a **Suspended** status.

1. Sign in to the Admin console.

2. Select **User Management** from the menu on the left to show the **Users** option. Select **Users**\*\*\*\*.

3. From the users list, select a specific user to open their **Identity** page.

4. Navigate to **Actions** > **Remove suspension** located in the top-right corner of the selected user's **Identity** page.

5. Select one of the confirmation prompts:

   * **Remove suspension** and allow the user to authenticate, and access resources/services again.
   * **Cancel** stops the remove suspension action and returns you to the selected user's **Identity** page.

The selected user's suspension is now removed. The user can authenticate with Digital Identity Management and access resource/services and perform administrative actions depending on the role assigned.
