Digital Identity Management Care is a streamlined customer service application that Digital Identity Management provides to your organization during your provisioning and integration with Digital Identity Management identity management service. Your Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or Care Agents can leverage this application to monitor and assist end users as needed.
