# User Status Fields

The user status is viewed from their Identity page (in upper left corner beside user's name). This information is helpful to assist users onboard and authenticate as quickly as possible.

**Note:** To view multiple end users/statuses, complete a [search](sgFindUser) and review the results list of current users and statuses.

| Status Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Activated** | The user has registered and verified at least one AuthN ID (email or mobile) or social connection. |
| **Deactivated** | The user is deactivated and cannot authenticate with Digital Identity Management and access resources. |
| **Pending** | The user is in the process of registering at least one AuthN ID and still requires verification. Depending on your settings, your organization may prevent or allow a user with**Pending** status to authenticate. By default, the setting prevents a user with **Pending** status to authenticate and sign in. |
| **Suspended** | The user is suspended temporarily and cannot authenticate with Digital Identity Management and access resources. The suspension must be removed to allow the user access to Digital Identity Management again. |
