# reCAPTCHA

reCAPTCHA protects your website from fraud and abuse without creating friction. reCAPTCHA uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive challenges to keep malicious software from engaging in abusive activities on your website. Legitimate users will be able to log in, make purchases, view pages, or create accounts and fake users will be blocked.

Digital Identity Management supports reCAPTCHA v2/v3 and enterprise (invisible) protocols in its [Authenticate User Process](c_authenticateUser). If your organization wants to use reCAPTCHA in your application(s), then you need to create a reCAPTCHA site using the following steps:

1. Navigate to the [reCaptcha](https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/) homepage, and create a new site with reCAPTCHA v2/v3 or enterprise (invisible).
2. Add domain to match [m1amdocs.com](https://www.amdocs.com/products-services/marketone) domain, or your own domain (if applicable).
3. Take a note of reCAPTCHA **secret key** and recaptcha **site key**. You provide these keys while setting up reCAPTCHA in Digital Identity Management **Admin console**.
