It utilizes the same set of Digital Identity Management user management REST APIs used by public clients to perform standard CRUD operations (Create/Read/Update/Delete) on user entities. A Care agent can quickly query the Digital Identity Management data store for a user, review user details and activity, and then provide remedy for any issues reported by that user. View of a user's account activities on the Digital Identity Management Care Console ## Key User Capabilities * Search and retrieve Digital Identity Management user profiles for review and to take actions. Search criteria includes: * First and last name * Email address or mobile number * Alias (if any) * Associated account number (if any) * Update selected user's information (for example, name) * Add, update, or remove selected user's email address or mobile number * Add, update, or remove a selected user's alias * Resend a verification message to a selected user's email address or mobile pending verification * Send or resend a password reset message to a selected user's preferred contact channel * Disconnect a selected user's social account (for example, Facebook) from their User ID * Change a selected user's preferred contact channel * Associate or link the user's external organization account with selected User ID **Note:** This requires integration with an organization's account or subscription system. * Disassociate or unlink the user's external organization account from selected User ID * Review the actions a user has taken as part of their overall journey **Parent topic:**[Product User Interfaces](../topics/userInterfaces) This documentation is built and hosted on [Mintlify](https://mintlify.com), a developer documentation platform.
