# Data Availability

UXDR data records are available to merchants to run their own analytics.

* The data is collected in a merchant-specific AWS S3 bucket daily. Each merchant will have their own S3 bucket and analytics data will be organized by its type (custom data, tracing data, and entity data).
* In the **Care console**’s **User Activity** page, customer service representatives, also known as Care agents can look up and review a selected user history of interactions with the Digital Identity Management IdP service in real-time. This history is populated with data from the UXDR User History pipeline.
