This feature enables Care agents to assist customers with their payments and to follow up to resolve any related issues. To view a user's subscription payment history, search for a user, select the user, and then select **Digital Subscriptions**. Digital Subscriptions Page - Payment History ### New UXDR API to View Care Agents' Impersonation Actions In this release, Digital Identity Management has introduced a new feature that allows admin users to see what Care agents have done on behalf of end users. Resellers with admin privileges can access a new UXDR API and query UXDR data using the impersonator's ID or email address. This allows Resellers to monitor and audit the activities of their Care agents. ## Bug Fixes There are no bug fixes in this release. ## Known Issues There are no known issues in this release.
