# Activation Errors

These are the most common error cases and error codes returned by the [Activate User (and User Attribute](c_activateUser)) Process.

## Error Codes

Below is a list of potential error codes that may be returned during the execution of this Process.

| HTTP Status | Digital Identity Management Business Error Code | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `400` | `NotEmpty` | Provided value must not be empty. |
| `400` | `NotWeakPassword` | Password given must pass the password complexity rules. |
| `404` | `user-not-found` | The User entity associated with the provided OTP was not found, or it has been removed. |
