# Roles and Responsibilities

The ULM 9 team works with your organization throughout the provisioning journey, from day one to the final testing in a pre-production environment, in order to ensure you achieve a streamlined and secure go-live scenario with ULM 9.

| **Organization Checklist** | 3 | Your team reviews documents sent by the ULM 9 team, and returns answers for the questionnaire. | **I** | **R, A** |

| **Setup and Configuration** | 5 | The ULM 9 team helps your organization deploy in both production and non-production environments in the cloud. This includes:- Assistance with initial configuration points and system settings, as per details provided by your organization. - Setting your team members up with access to the Developer Hub. - Creating a Super Admin User so they can access the ULM 9 **Admin console** and create more team members and assign roles. | **R, A** | **I** |
