As a Digital Identity Management Admin user, you can control the email domains that users are allowed to use. From Admin console > Authentication > Authentication Identifiers, the two options available to manage the types of emails allowed are:
  • Allow-list specifies a set of email domains that are permitted or allowed. The end users can only use emails from the domains on this list. The allow-list supersedes or overwrites the block-list.
  • Block-list specifies a set of email domains that are prohibited or blocked. The end users can’t use an email from any of the domains on this list.
