This section describes the key updates in this release:View Users’ Payment History in the Care Console
In this release, a new feature is available in the Digital Identity Management Care console that allows the Care agent to view additional details about users’ subscription payments. This feature enables Care agents to assist customers with their payments and to follow up to resolve any related issues. To view a user’s subscription payment history, search for a user, select the user, and then select Digital Subscriptions.
