Digital Identity Management User eXperience Data Record (UXDR®) is a detailed data record that collects and organizes the details of create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) events on entities. These entities are:
  • User - a unique individual; a digital identity
  • Runtime - a physical endpoint to which services are delivered (for example, mobile device, desktop)
  • Group - a collection of Users
  • Account - a relationship between a User and a merchant
  • Feature - a fine grain entitlement that defines what a User can do
  • Subscription - a collection of packaged features
Digital Identity Management feeds UXDR data into UXDR pipelines to different areas of the platform. Merchants can use UXDRs to analyze data and strategically respond in order to drive further engagement or improve service delivery methods. UXDRs are a critical input to a merchant’s business intelligence. Digital Identity Management also provides the following to the merchants:
  • UI that details user history actions
  • Daily JSON files containing HTTP trace logs
  • Daily change log of custom data database in JSON format
  • Daily change log of platform database in CSV format

Other Considerations

The following points are noteworthy and can be adjusted as per the requirements:
  • Data limit is 2 MB per user on the platform. Storage limit can be extended as per the requirements.
  • Data is stored in hot search (for fast, easy access) for six months, and is then stored in long-term storage. The hot search storage duration can be adjusted as per the requirements.
  • Data in hot search can be frequently consumed for monitoring in near real-time. The frequency of consumption (for example, hourly, daily, weekly, real-time) can be set as per the requirements at the time of onboarding.
  • UXDR Pipelines
  • Data Availability
