Account / Subscription / Feature
a user’s service subscription(s) display in Digital Identity Management can differ from merchant to merchant. Digital Identity Management’s flexible data model maps external account details to a Digital Identity Management Account/Subscription/Feature data hierarchy according to a pre-defined template based on the merchant-specific business requirement.Account Discovery
Digital Identity Management supports the following types of account discovery:- Auto-discovery uses attributes on the User ID (for example, email address, mobile number) to query an external system and look for a match.
- Manual discovery makes the same query, except that it requires the end user to supply a unique identifier (for example, account number, social insurance number, passport) that can identify them in the external system.

Key User Capabilities
- Link external merchant account(s) to User ID
- Unlink account from User ID
- Create a user group for the account and add other Digital Identity Management users to the group
- Share account access with other Digital Identity Management users in the group
- Share subscription(s) and feature(s) underneath the account with users in the group
- Revoke access to an account, subscription, or feature from other users
- Invite non-Digital Identity Management users to sign up with Digital Identity Management or the service in order to gain access
- Switch primary ownership of an account and its associated user group to another user
- Leave or voluntarily relinquish access to another user’s account, subscriptions, or features
Service Sharing
Service sharing affords newer business models and opportunities. Guest users, trial users, soft profiles (for example, Netflix’s multiple user profiles under a primary user profile), family sharing (for example, Spotify family subscription with unique identity for every member of the family), and freemium services are valuable points of contact to groom, capture, and eventually convert transient users into paying subscribers. Additionally, transient user interaction data can accompany users as they mature into paying subscribers.Integration API
If your organization is a large scale, telco-grade service provider, and you want to integrate your back-end system (BSS, OSS, CRM) to Digital Identity Management, then your organization must integrate with a subset of the MarketONE Adapter Interface APIs. Depending on the use cases where MarketONE is involved, one or more APIs need to be provided by the organization according to the MarketONE Adapter interface specification.
Your organization’s technical experts can refer to the API Reference library, and review integration API specification under the MarketONE CSP Adapter section.
