Authenticate With Magic Link When User Has Password
Digital Identity Management supports authentication with a magic link, even if the user has a password. The general flow for magic link authentication is as follows:- The user navigates to the organization’s login page.
- The user enters an email address or mobile number and clicks next.
- From the UI, the user selects Login with Magic Link.
- The user receives a notification (email/sms) with the magic link, that they can now click on or tap.
- If the link is valid, the user is authenticated and redirected to the destination URL completing their login process.
